The above Photo was taken On November 22 2011 at a Hotel in Manila Philippines using a Blackberry Cellphone.
When the Photo was snapped there was no one in front of the Photographer and the employees in the room were all wearing Green short sleeve shirts as part of their Uniform.
Clearly, above the Ghostly hand, Dark grey or black sleeves can be seen.
The Hotel has had a History of Paranormal activities reported by Employees, Including a Spectre known to
Employees as "The Undertaker" because the ghost appears sporting a Black trench coat and is said to
favor Bela Lugosi who portrayed DRACULA in 1931.
